En voici un bref résumé : Brazilian secularism ‘in the time of Bolsonaro’ (2019-2022): perspectives of Brazilian social scientists · In this text, I realise a state of the art regarding the Brazilian anthropological and sociological bibliography on the topic of Brazilian secularism in the period 2019-2022, which coincided, chronologically, with the Presidency of the Federative Republic of Brazil exercised by Jair Messias Bolsonaro. In a first moment, I will present a brief historical, social, and juridical synthesis of Brazilian secularism. In a second moment, I will present the perspectives of some of the most eminent representatives of Brazilian anthropological and sociological culture on the theme of Brazilian secularism ‘in the time of Bolsonaro’ (2019-2022), showing, through this approach, the points of interpretative, methodological and analytical convergence and divergence.
